If you would like personal training in the privacy and security of your own home for yourself or with a partner, personal training outdoors in a small group with no more then 5 others, group fitness classes by the river with up to 11 others or help setting up a home gym with inexpensive home fitness equipment then the gym outside the gym was created for you.

At the gym outside the gym we can offer you all the services of a conventional type gym without the feeling of intimidation, without the ongoing monthly memberships that you pay for even when you do not attend, without the feeling that your just another number due to impersonal attention from staff and without the inconvenience of travelling to and from the gym.
