Tiffiny SzymkowCreator of lifeis Tiffiny's ability to ensure the smooth runnings of lifeis is invaluable to both the staff and the members. Tiffiny organized the social activities for 2007 including our annual member of the year awards dinner. Tiffiny organizes our group fitness experiences including the lifeis city to surf team which encourages and involves people of all ages and fitness levels.
Kev SalmonHead Trainer With a passion for helping people, Kev brings a level of enthusiasm and commitment to personal training that can only be found when someone loves their career. Always making lifeis members feel comfortable with his caring nature, whilst encouraging them to be "the best they can be"
Kim Sesperez Personal Trainer With a passion for fitness Kim has completed Certificate III in Fitness, Certificate IV in Personal Training, Group fitness instructor, Aqua instructor and Senior First Aid. She has never enjoyed doing anything else as much as fitness. Kim's goals as a personal trainer is to motivate, educate, and inspire lifeis members into leading a happier, healthier and fitter lifestyle.
Mary Prendergast Personal Trainer "lifeis what you make it." This saying rings true for Mary since her painful back condition was corrected through strength training. After years of accepting her condition, she realised it could be changed! As a result, Mary sees fitness as a preventative medicine, and is passionate about helping others realise their inner strength and self worth..... vital ingredients in reaching any physical goal!
Kelly Cash Ambassador for Great Causes Kelly's position at lifeis was created to harness Kelly's selfless attitude towards life, a rare quality in people that can only be attributed to a higher level of spiritual development. Kelly has taken on her new role with certainty organising the 2009 relay for life team that helps raise funds for cancer research. Us humans will not only benefit from Kelly's role but our 4 legged friends will as well. Kelly will keep us up to date with a regular "A Great Cause" section in our newsletter.
Dirk Keuneman Personal Trainer Coming from a sporting background of both Rugby League & Union, fitness has always been a big part of my lifestyle. My passion for fitness & a healthy living has always been strong & now through Personal Training I am influencing other people with the joys & benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle & bringing them closer to their goals.

A % of all profits made from the gym outside the gym will be donated to My Dream life. My Dream life is a program that will be run within communities to provide people with the knowledge and tools to help them achieve the best quality of life. My Dream life will focus on creating & keeping great self-confidence and a healthy self esteem, wealth creation, relationships, communication, career, stress management, spiritual development, recreation, giving, time management, health and personal & professional development.
