There is no obligation to start group fitness when you call.• If you decide to attend a group fitness class your trainer will go over with you any concerns you may have with doing the class. • Your trainer will give you any equipment you require for the class and go over with you what to expect in the class • Being your first time you can expect some extra attention to make sure you are performing the activities correctly giving you peace of mind that you are not doing something wrong. • Your trainer will be available to chat with at the end of class to help you achieve your goals just like Gab O'Dempsey who has lost over 62kg and Daniel Gibson who lost 10kg in 3 months while having fun. Intial bodysculptor and boxercise can be purchased in a 4 week block for $70 which includes your starting band and handles for bodysculptor or boxing gloves for boxercise, a program and folder plus membership to lifeis for a combined value of $140.
