How much will an investment in home fitness equipment be?

Resistance Bands come in 6 different levels of strength from Yellow to Grey. Depending on your level of strength and the goals you want to achieve will determine which band or bands are most suitable. Bands can be purchased for $10 each and a set of handles costs $15. We can send these by post or deliver them within 10km of Penrith.
